TWO GENERATIONS - THE AFRICAN WILD DOG.

A 1.5m by 1m acrylic painting on canvas.

Set against a subtle green background, fine and considered strokes create two contrasting depictions of the African Wild Dog. The first, a monochrome older animal and the second, a vibrant young pup. The two fade together using broken strokes, to represent the sacrifices that one generation must make for the survival of the next.

This is one piece of my portfolio I truly cherish and one, that achieved an A as part of my Fine Art A-level studies.

Please note, whilst the original canvas is for sale, it’s new home will be carefully considered. However, it can also be scaled down to create the perfect print!
