THE BIG BLUE COW.

A 1.5m square acrylic painting on canvas.

Using a combination of dark and light tones, the harsh and broad strokes create an abstract depiction of Jersey cow set against a summer sky. The carefully considered contrast of natural tones against vibrant colour, creates a clear separation between the two, whilst also allowing the calf to seemingly fade into the background.

This is one piece of my portfolio I truly cherish and one, that achieved an A* as part of my Fine Art GSCE studies.

Please note, whilst the original canvas is for sale, it’s new home will be carefully considered. However, it can also be scaled down to create the perfect print and will also be available on some new merch!
